What is Compass Kids?
Compass Kids is fun, exciting, and adventurous! However it's not for everyone. Shhhhhh..... Compass Kids is only for ages 5-12 and for those kids whose parents volunteer all services here at Journey. Each weekend we have numerous families giving of their time and energy to make the experiences we have at Journey the best! Compass Kids is our way of saying we appreciate our volunteers and their kids! The kids that are here for all services are treated to a special service at 8a just for them. They do crafts, games, science projects, and much, much more! It breaks up the 'routine' and refreshes their outlook of church making the weekend experience more enjoyable for the entire family. We know that without our volunteers, Journey couldn't happen. So we say THANK YOU and give you the assurance that if you are called to serve... we will make sure your kids are well taken care of.
